Frances Elizabeth Doughty, 98, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Friday, July 5, 2013 at Alhambra Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia and moved to St. Petersburg in 1953 from Dayton, Ohio. She was a Treasurer at Mac Dill AFB Credit Union. She is survived by two great nieces, Anne L. Kinch of Tallahassee, FL, Margaret Touw of Springfield, MA; and a great nephew, Daniel Kinch of Brooklyn, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, John Doughty.
