Marion L. Foskett

Marion L. Foskett, 85, St. Petersburg, Florida, died Saturday, November 10, 2007. She came to St. Petersburg in 1941 from her native Cleveland, OH and was a 1962 graduate of the University Of Tampa with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC with a Master's Degree in Administration and Education and an Educational Specialist Degree. She was a Teacher with the Pinellas County School System teaching at Harris Elementary where she was also principal, Westgate Elementary, and retired from North Shore Elementary. She was a Past Matron of St. Petersburg Chapter #193 OES now affiliated with Bethlehem Chapter #169, Past Protector Of Dames Of Malta, past Mother Advisor of Rainbow Girls, past President of Pinellas Genealogy Society, and was a Mission Rated pilot with the Civil Air Patrol. She was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. She is survived by 1 son, Thomas M. and 1 daughter, Barbara L. Foskett both of St. Petersburg.
