Cynthia B. Kimbro 'Cyndi' Kirby, 50, of St. Petersburg,FL, died Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at Shands Hospital at the University Of Florida in Gainesville, FL, of Cystic Fibrosis. She was born in Tampa, FL and came here in 1995 from Fort Lauderdale, FL where she was a graduate of Fort Lauderdale High School and a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale. In St. Petersburg, she is a member of Northside Baptist Church and a former member of Fifth Avenue Baptist Church. She was a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Task Force where she was a major contributor to getting legislation passed to help other adults with Cystic Fibrosis. She is survived by her husband of nine years, David W.; her parents, Harry M. and Nancy Kimbro of Fort Lauderdale, FL; two brothers, Stephen Kimbro of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Hamilton Kimbro of Chattanooga, TN; and a sister, Jhoanna Lunetta of Melbourne, FL and numerous nieces and nephews. The family request memorials to: The University Of Florida Foundation at the Health Science Center P.O.
