Philip Hans Muehleck
May 17th, 1936 - April 7th, 2009
Muehleck, Philip Hans 72, of St. Petersburg, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2009 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Waukesha, WI, and came to St. Petersburg in 1973. He was a graduate of Marquette University. Phil spent most of his career in the investment industry and retired in 1999 after 22 years with Raymond James and Associates. He was a longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church and active in its St. Vincent de Paul Society. Phil enjoyed traveling and visited over 100 countries, always ready for a new adventure. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Norman Joan Muehleck. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Anita; children, Philip E. "Gino" Debbie, Peter Amy, Clare Dunham Kevin of St. Petersburg, and Michael Kat of Bangkok, Thailand; brother, Gerald Carolyn of Orland Park, IL; and was a doting grandfather to Zachary, Alex, Katie, Matthew, and Charlotte Muehleck, and Haley, Jack, and Tommy Dunham. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at 11 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 200-78th Avenue NE with Fr. Paul Mangiafico officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, 401 15th St. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33705 or St. Anthony's Hospital Foundation, 1200 7th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33705.
