Candice A. Curtis Kelly, age 73, of LaBelle, passed away July 9, 2020 in Lehigh Acres. She was born Aug. 21, 1946 in Coles County, IL, to the late Rexford E. and the late Thera Bernadine (Swinford) Curtis. She is survived by her brother: Jerry L. Curtis and two sisters: Constance D. Sieben and Rose M. Arthur and many other family members. She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald T. Kelly. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
