She was born Feb. 9, 1925 in Deerfield, OH, to the late David and the late Leeta (Middleton) Sampson, Sr. Survivors include her sisters; Ruth Jane Gintert of Rootstown, Ohio, Irma Head and Frances Davis, one brother; David Sampson, Jr. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
