Amy Valdez Amy Valdez, beloved mother and wife passed away in her home Monday, January 11th at the age of 47. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a great love for baseball and an appreciation for the simple pleasures of life. She is survived by her husband Joe, their three children Emily 20, Daniel 13, Christian 10, their dog Odie ; her parents Zita and Garland Paul ; aunts and uncles Bardeen, Larry and Marilyn, Marylou and Jack; her siblings Chris and Drew Davidson , Mindy and Paul Greenspan , Dave Paul Jr., Daniel Paul , Pamela and Frank Blondin , Jerry Paul and her nieces and nephews Christopher, Josh, Jeremiah, Aaron, Hannah, Julia, Elise and Sarah.
