Thomas E. Webb, 76, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Friday, September 24, 2010 at Tidewell Hospice House in Port Charlotte. Mr. Webb was born December 4, 1933 in Portland, Jamaica, West Indies to Daniel N. and Virginia E. (nee Martin) Webb and moved to this area 27 years ago from Toronto, Alberta, Canada. He was a security officer for the Charlotte County Administration Building. Mr. Webb is survived by his loving wife, Myrtle (nee Hemming) Webb of Port Charlotte; sisters, Inez Johnson of England and Daisy Webb of Port Antonio, Jamaica, West Indies; friend, Wilfred Matthews of Port Charlotte; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, October 1, 2010 from 10:30 - 11:00AM at Restlawn Memorial Gardens Chapel in Port Charlotte. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00AM at the chapel.
