Jack D. Wilson, 74, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Monday, February 16, 2015 at Tidewell Hospice House in Port Charlotte. Mr. Wilson was born September 22, 1940 in Belle Glade, FL to Eula and Harvey Wilson. In recent years, Mr. Wilson has attended Faith Lutheran Church and was a former member of Moose Lodge #2121. He is survived by his wife, Diane Wilson; sons, Albert (Annette) Wilson, Jack Jr. (Gloria) Wilson, and Michael (Lisa) Wilson; daughter, Brenda Terri; and step-daughter, Vicki (Jackie Ray) Johnson; 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. He was a loving brother to George (Beverly) Wilson, Estelle (Walter) Wilson, and Ovelle Wiggins. Jack was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 6 sisters. Family will receive friends from 12-1:00PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Paul Schelm Funeral Home, 12687 SW County Road 769 (Kings Highway) in Lake Suzy. A Graveside service will follow at 1:30PM At Kabrich Cemetery, Hillsborough Avenue in Nocatee, FL.
