Luis Angel Carlo

Luis Angel Carlo, 82, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte. Mr. Carlo was born January 24, 1930 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico to Ismael Carlo and Norberto Castro and moved to this area 22 years ago from New York City, New York. He worked as a custodial assistant for the city government and was a member of San Antonio Catholic Church in Port Charlotte. Mr. Carlo is survived by his son, Luis A. (Rebecca) Carlo of New York City, NY; his daughters, Flor M. (Fernando Rivera) Run of Port Charlotte and Magazy Run of New York City, NY; 4 grandchildren; 2 nieces; and 1 nephew. Family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral mass on Friday, August 31, 2012 at San Antonio Catholic Church, 24445 Rampart Boulevard in Port Charlotte. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 11:00AM at the church with entombment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte.
