William Clark Anderson
June 20th, 1956 - October 19th, 2022
William Clark Anderson, 66, passed away peacefully at home of cancer on October 19, 2022, in Olympia, Washington. He was born June 20, 1956, to Peter and Lelia Anderson in Everett, Washington. Bill served in the U.S. Army from 1974 to 1976, and later earned a B.S. in Construction Management Engineering from Montana State University (Bozeman), where he met his lifelong partner, Robin, and married her in 1987. Professionally, he worked in construction engineering and ended his career as the building official for the City of DuPont, Washington, from 2007 to retirement in 2021. Bill was a kind and generous man, loved by his family, friends and co-workers. He was happiest sitting on his patio with Robin, enjoying a sunny day with a cold beer and blues music in the background. He also enjoyed golfing, Sudoku, home projects, hiking, gardening, and bird watching. He is survived by his wife, Robin Anderson; daughters, Camille Anderson MD of Baltimore, Maryland, and Tess Anderson of Milwaukie, Oregon; and sisters, Pam Breeden and Vicky Antonetti, both of Cumberland, Wisconsin.
