Alretta Howard nee Bill Retta passed away on October 13, 2022 She was a proud Choctaw. Retta was a University of Washington graduate and a very devoted Husky fan. Her dedicated life’s work was helping Native American families in need. Retta will be remembered and missed by her brother Kenneth Bill (Kathy) and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. A memorial for Retta will be held at a later time.
