Patsy Ann Howell passed away on April 29, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was a loving mother of 4 children, Danny Balducci, Ralph Balducci, Patrick Balducci, and Lisa Anderson. She was also a grandmother of 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Patsy was always helpful and eager to lend an ear. She always had a big heart, and was very interested in people's lives. She had a great interest in art, and making her home look beautiful. She had a great desire for planting and decorating her yard with beautiful plants. She will be severely missed by everyone.
