With sadness for us, and great joy for him, family and friends share with you the peaceful passing of our brother, father, and uncle, Jeffrey(Jeff) Cornell this past Tuesday, March 5th, at Valley View Rehab in Renton, succumbing to kidney disease. He was born June 4, 1951, at St Joseph Hospital in Tacoma and raised in Douglas Island, AK., and Puyallup. Now home again with our grands and parents, he is survived by his daughter and her family, and his brother and two nieces. A special thank you to Jeff’s classmates who he reconnected with at his 50th Puyallup High reunion, Jeff spoke fondly of you all over the years, especially Glenn Gergen, who visited frequently with him during Hospice the past year. Hill-Curnow of Sumner is assisting the family. No services were his wish, but the family is having masses of remembrance said during April-June. Interment will be at Woodbine Cemetery in Puyallup.
