Tom Leach died Friday, April 10, 2020 at his home in Tacoma, WA. He was born in Yokohama, Japan. He is survived by his wife Rosemary Kocsis Leach, brother Brad [Pauline] Leach, Gorham, ME, and their children and grandchildren Damon Leach, CA, Bernadette [Steven] Skipper, FL, Bradford Leach, CA and Madison Jordan, CO & Michael Skipper, FL. He is also survived by his step mother Norma Bartlett Leach and step sisters Linda Lepak, Everett and children and Sandy [Shannon] McCormick, Tacoma. Tom was a health physics technician at Three Mile Island in Middletown, PA until 2 days after the nuclear accident in 1979. He and Rosemary then moved to Tacoma where he started work for Boeing as an analytical chemist in 1980. He retired from Boeing in 2001 to devote himself to his home and to enjoy his passion for the outdoors with Rosemary and his beloved dogs. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, May 3, 2020 at 3pm.
