Amy Jane Hughes
May 8th, 1965 - August 31st, 2007
Amy Jane Hughes was born on May 8, 1965 in Bremeton, WA and passed away on August 31, 2007 in Kent, WA. Amy is survived by numerous family and friends in Washington and Iwoa. She will live on in the kindness she showed, the laughter she shared and the love she brought into our lives. She was a beautiful woman with a gorgeous smile who loved meeting new and interesting friends and relatives during her short time here on earth. The art of storytelling came natural to Amy, whose long letters and numerous telephone conversations were often filled with past and current events surrounding her life. No special equipment was needed when it came to Amy’s imagination because she possessed, the power of listening and speaking which was needed to create her artistic images. She loved her cats and possessed special talents of drawing and gardening. This was the pure essence of Amy persona. Memories are subjective, but we are each the author of our own lives and how wonderful that Amy shared with us some of hers. Our hearts will keep a light burning in as a symbol of Amy’s presence. A gathering will be held to celebrate Amy’s life at Legion Hall in Everett on September 16th from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Location: American Legion Memorial Park 145 Alverson Blvd.
