Donna Neff

Ms. Donna Neff, 53, of Kingsport, won her battle with cancer on April 1, 2020. Her family was the light of her life and she will be dearly missed. This is not goodbye, this is see you later. Donna was a lifelong resident of Kingsport; she was the daughter of the late Otto and Joy Neff. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her sister Peggy Neff, and her brothers Eddie and Tommy Neff. Survivors include her sister Onita Neff; two nephews, Jason Neff and wife Jaime and Joe Neff and girlfriend Emma Peterson; three nieces, Jennifer Ray and Hannah Hicks and husband Tommy and Julia Isaacs and husband James ; three great nephews, Ian Neff and Noah Hicks and Jack Holland; two great nieces Ella Neff and Breanna Holland. The family will be having a private graveside service.
