Born in Woodford County, she was the daughter of the late Maggie Riggs Etherington and Mitchel Etherington. She was preceded in death by her son Dale Roberts; a sister Angeline Wachtel and brother-in-law Ervin D. Wachtel; a brother Robert M. Etherington, Sr. and sister-in-law Dorothy Evins Etherington. She was a graduate of Versailles High School and a member of First Christian Church in Versailles. She was a former employee of Woodford Telephone Company (later General Telephone Company), City of Versailles Water Department, and a Lab assistant and EKG Tech at Woodford Memorial Hospital from which she retired after 20 years service. She is survived by one daughter, Eleanor "Sissy" (Henry) Smith of Versailles, KY; three sons, Kenneth C. (Billie) Roberts of Versailles, KY, David A. Roberts, Nashville, TN, and Glynn E. (Melissa) Roberts of Lawrenceburg, KY; eight grandchildren, Dawn Reed, Versailles, KY, Michele (Rick) Deaton, Nicholasville, KY, Brian Hilton, Frankfort, KY, David Aaron (Anna) Roberts, Whitehouse, TN, Dana Ruesewald, Springhill, TN, Zachariah Roberts, Lawrenceburg, KY, Tina Herron and Ronald (Lynda) Hulette, Lexington, KY; ten great grandchildren, Kala and Whitney Deaton, Anthony and Angela Hilton, Christopher Reed, Joshua Ruesewald, Lane Joseph Roberts, Brittney (Scott) Gross, Brooke Barnes and Caden Herron; three nephews, Robert M. (Sue) Etherington, Jr., Ellery L. Etherington and Michael (Charlene) Etherington; five great-great grandchildren, Jayden Adams, Gemma Hope and Jack Silace Hilton, Sophie and Willa Gard. Funeral Information Visitation from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 29th at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill and the funeral services at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 30th also at the funeral home. Rev. Marcus Lynn is officiating the service. Casket bearers will be Brian Hilton, David Aaron Roberts, Ronald Hulette, Scott Gross, Rick Deaton, Tony Hilton, Christopher Reed and Joshua Ruesewald.
