Online Obituaries for Richmond Shirley Ann Begley, 68, widow of Bennie Dale Begley, died Monday, May 2, 2016 at Baptist Health. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida, daughter of the late Leonard Rufus and Sarah Catherine VanCleave Bowling. She was a former Head Custodian at the Fayette County Board of Education. She is survived by her daughter, Priscilla Christi Begley, Richmond, her four sisters, Sandra Kay Shanks, Somerset, Judith Diane Bowling, Deborah Lynn {Lynvall L.} Large, Mary Catherine Cannella, all of Lexington, her brother, Dennis Leon {Helen} Bowling, London, her two grandchildren, Benjamin Tanner Begley and Jordan Noah Begley, and her numerous nieces and nephews and her numerous great nieces and great nephews. Funeral Information Her visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center Brannon Crossing, followed by her funeral service at 3 p.m. conducted by Rev. DeWayne Brewer with burial in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
