Mary Williamson Warren, age 71, of Venice, Florida., passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016, in Venice, Florida. She was born in Elgin, Illinois, and a former resident of the Washington, D.C., area and Bethany Beach, Delaware. She was the beloved wife to Hugh Warren (1928-2014) for 35 years. She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Morton and husband Dale, Mitzi Brown and husband Ron, and Michelle Warren; her brother Scott Williamson and wife Mary Ellen and four nieces and nephews; and her grandchildren Peter Lee, Christina Council and husband Michael, Kelly Garcia and husband Jason, and Brendan and Bethany Morton; seven great-grandchildren; and her beloved dog, Casey. Mary worked as a middle school PE teacher in Bethesda, Maryland, spending 25 of her 31 years of teaching at Pyle Middle School. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 am Monday, July 18 at Epiphany Cathedral, 310 Sarasota St., Venice, FL. Farley Funeral Home, Venice, is handling the arrangements.
