Survivors include her beloved husband of 30 years, Andy Sibley, of North Port, FL; sister, Roslynne Plouffe; parents Pierre and Susan Plouffe; several uncles, aunts, and cousins, and many friends. She will surely be missed by all that knew her. She touched the hearts of all that knew her. Roxanne, rest in peace. You will always be the love of my life. From your loving husband, Andy.
