Frankfort, KY Sheila G. Maggard, 74, widow of Paul Maggard, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was born in Floyd County, KY on September 22, 1942 to the late Crit Gearheart and Phoebe Bradley Gearheart. Ms. Maggard was retired from the Kentucky State Government, and attended First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her sons Jeff (Emily) Maggard, Lawrenceburg; Chris Maggard, Versailles; sisters June Ducote, AL; Joyce Maca, AL; Lois Gayheart, Versailles; brothers Bobby Gayheart, Knott Co.; Paul Gayheart, Lexington; Larry Gayheart, Versailles; grandson William Nelson Maggard; and special nephew Ralph Gayheart. Funeral Information A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Friday, April 14, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Rev. Jack Brewer will officiate. Serving as casketbearers will be William Maggard; Ralph Gayheart; Jason Gayheart; Brad Gayheart; and Todd Maggard. Serving as honorary casketbearers will be Andrew Gayheart. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the funeral home.
