Online Obituaries for Frankfort and Versailles KY Versailles-Bennie M. Jenkins, 80, husband of Verna Lou Jenkins, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017. He was born in Lincoln County, KY, on July 23, 1936, to the late Earnel and Vernon Mae Gaddis Jenkins. In addition to his wife, Mr. Jenkins is survived by his daughters, Cheryl (John) Walters of Frankfort and Alice (William) Lawson of Versailles; and 3 grandchildren, Garrett Walters, Abby Walters and Erin Lawson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Young. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, officiated by Reverend Judy Stallons. Visitation will be held 11 AM until service time on Tuesday. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be Mark Stallons, Danny Means, John Walters, Garrett Walters, Paul Cote, Kenneth Duncan, Glenn Duncan, and Jared Cote. Serving as honorary casketbearers will be Howard Blades, James Murphy, Charles Leigh, Charlie Booze, Virginia Means, Edward Cote, and the Midway United Methodist Church Congregation.
