Elfreda Joanna Neace

Hazard, KY Elfreda Joanna Neace, 54, died February 23, 2015. She is survived by her husband Darrell Neace; children Christina Neace and Joshua Neace; mother Elfreda (Lorch) Bowen and brother Clyde (Candy) Bowen Jr. . She is preceded in death by her father Clyde Bowen Sr.. Joanna was a very diverse person, whose interests ranged from NASCAR, to UK Basketball, to enjoying the thrill of the roller coaster at Kings Island. She loved to travel to Myrtle Beach and enjoy a good book...especially the Book of Proverbs where she often looked for guidance and strength. Joanna will always be remembered for her warm smile, her laugh and her positive attitude. Having achieved many memorable goals in life such as a 4.0 GPA in college, but they all paled in comparison to her life as a mother and wife. Heaven is more beautiful with her Home. Funeral Information Visitation will be from 12-1 PM, March 14, 2015 at Maggard's Mountain View Chapel, located at 352 Roy Campbell Drive, Hazard, KY 41701. A funeral service will immediately follow officiated by Rev. Bill Gambill.
