Ruth E. Maxwell, 84, of Venice, FL passed away September 25, 2015. Ruth was born July 7, 1931 in New Castle, PA to Grace (Doyle) and Glen Palmer. Ruth was a military wife and Mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton J. Maxwell in 2000, son Robert S. Maxwell in 2000 and daughter Roni L. Maxwell 2008. Survivors include her two children: Roger (wife, Patti) Maxwell of Venice, FL and Justin (wife, Martha) of Galveston Texas, grandchildren Amy Maxwell, Ryan Maxwell, Will Maxwell (wife, Holly), Erin Maxwell, Chole Maxwell and great grandson Jude. Ruth also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren, all of whom had a special place in her heart. A Graveside Service will be held at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman Ohio. Memorial Donations may be made to The American Heart Association. Family’s request no flowers.
