Vanessa Dixon Vanessa Blevins Dixon, 56, of Versailles, wife of Dennis Dixon, died Saturday January 24, 2009 at the St. Joseph Hospital East in Lexington. Born in Somerset September 21, 1952 she was the daughter of the late Harvey Alma Patrick Blevins. She was a member of the Versailles Baptist Church and was a retired Registered Nurse having worked at the St. Joseph Hospital ICU in Lexington. Besides her husband she is survived by her brother, Rodney Blevins of Eubank and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm Tuesday January 27, 2009 at the Clark Legacy Center, 601 E. Brannon Rd, Nicholasville, Ky. Visitation will be from 10:00 am Tuesday until service time. Graveside services will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday at Buncombe Church Cemetery in Pulaski County. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Asscociation.
