Marie Therease Warner (nee Johnson), at the age of 83, passed away after a five-month battle with lung cancer at the Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, Washington on Sunday, October 2, 2011. She was born October 25, 1927 in Seattle and was a proud graduate of Holy Angels. She was married to her beloved husband, Harold Kenneth, for 25 wonde years, who preceded her in death. Marie continued to live happily in the family home the last 15 years with her beloved daughter Claudia Sargent. She is also survived by her loving daughter Therease Judge and son-in-law John Henry Judge of Michigan. Marie had three grandchildren: Shawn Sargent of Seattle, and Sarah Khalil and John Headley of Michigan. She also enjoyed a special connection with her great-granddaughter, Anelise Karoline Sargent (who loved her GG) and was eager to hear of the arrival of her newest great-grandaughter, Emilia Khalil, on September 15, 2011. Mama always held a special place in her heart for her guardian angel, so it gives us great solace to know that she died on the Feast Day of the Guardian Angels.
