James Robert ""Jim"" Edukonis, 62, of North Port, FL, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, died on June 19, 2015. Jim worked in retail sales at Home Depot in North Port, FL. He also worked at Pyron Co. in Niagara Falls, NY for 32 years before moving to Florida in 2003. He enjoyed his home and his family, and relaxing on the beach. He was a Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed watching the games on TV during season. His children and his grandchildren were his greatest joy. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Edukonis, of North Port, FL; sons Michael (Pamela) Edukonis of Manassas, VA and Thomas (Eva) Edukonis of North Port, FL; daughter Katherine Becker of North Port, FL; sister Carol Riley of Niagara Falls, NY; and granddaughters Sophie and Laila Edukonis of North Port, FL and Olivia Edukonis of North Port, FL. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Farley Funeral Home North Port Chapel with a prayer service beginning at 6PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 24th at 10AM at San Pedro Catholic Church in North Port. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
