Jack was born in Kewanee, Illinois to Gail William Talbot and Violet Falk Talbot. He graduated from high school in Chillicothe, Ohio and served in the Army Air Corps during WW II. He attended Washington State College and graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering. His love of airplanes launched a career in aviation at General Electric and Boeing. Jack retired in 1995 to Lake Stevens, WA in the home he designed. Preceded in death by his parents, Jack is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Dora Lee, and their three sons James (Susan), David (Mary Kay), and William (Kariny). Jack is also survived by grandchildren Trevor, Jason, Melissa, Elisa, and Caitlyn. Jack was a very caring and loving man who always put others first in his life. Jacks pride in, and appreciation of, our countrys military was excnal. He would often anonymously pay the tab for uniformed service members in restaurants. Announcement: In lieu of flowers, donations in Jacks name can be sent to Maple Leaf Lutheran Church (Seattle, WA), the Museum of Flight, or the charity of your choice.
