Greg was born in 1957 in Seattle where he grew up on Capital Hill and attended St. Josephs Grade School. He moved to the north end and graduated from Ingraham High School in 1975.Greg spent the next 27 years commercial fishing for Halibut in Alaska until his retirement.He and his best friend and loving wife Jeannie moved from their Edmonds home to live out their years in the beautiful mountain town of Darrington with their loving dogs.Greg is survived by his daughter Lisa, stepdaughter Sacsha; grandchildren: Samuel and Avery; his brothers Bill and Mark; nephews Ivan, Arron, Ryan and TreSean; nieces Rachael and Paige; and the love of his life and greatest gift, Jeannie.Greg was also blessed with God-sent friendships that he always cherished.A Celebration of Life to be at his home in Darrington on Saturday, Aug. 19 at 12noon; call Jeannie for details 425-231-3399.In Lieu of flowers memorials may be given in Gregs name to ASPCA.org (American Society Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
