Lexington, Kentucky Mary Ann Lillevig, 82, of Lexington, was born to John and Carrie Johnson Payne on September 8, 1932 in Longview, Texas. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, James G. Lillevig; her daughter, Beth Lewis, Jacksonville, Florida; son, Dr. Joel Lillevig, Paducah, Kentucky; 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Terrie Rundle and her parents, John and Carrie Payne. Mary was a former Director of Nursing at Woodford County Memorial Hospital and was a member of Broadway Baptist Church. Funeral Information A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, April 17, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing.
