Rose K. Lewellen Rose Lee Kurtz Lewellen, 84, of Lexington, widow of William J. Lewellen, Jr., and daughter of the late Fred and Mary Magee Kurtz died Thursday February 19, 2009. Born in Louisville, Ky, she is survived by 3three sons, Randy (Gaile), Frankfort, William III (Linda), Lexington and Terrill (Sherri), Clayton, NC, granddaughters, Allison (Steven) Givan, Natalie (George McMakin) Lewellen and Whitney (Rob) Pulcini all of Lexington, grandsons, Brian (LeeAnn), Jimmy (Lisa) and Chris Lewellen all of Lexington, Joey Tumminello, Columbus, OH and Wesley Lewellen, Clayton, NC, great-grandchildren, Jacob and Daniel Lewellen, Thomas Givan and Jessica and Jennifer Lewellen, a sister Billie Waddell, Shepherdsville and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, February 21, 2009 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Clark Legacy Center, 601 E. Brannon Road. Funeral service will be private. Donations are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass Funeral Information Visitation Saturday Feb. 21, 2009 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral service is private
