Irene Mennella, 93, of Venice, formerly of Brooklyn, NY passed away on May 17, 2014. Preceded in death by her son Anthony and grandson Vincent, Mrs. Mennella is survived by her beloved husband John, loving son John, Jr. (Theresa) of Lindenhurst, NY; daughter in law Josephine of Venice; grandchildren Melissa (Keith), Stephanie (Robert), John III (Anna), and Anthony (Christina); and great grandchildren Robert and Nicky. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am Thursday, May 22nd at Epiphany Cathedral, with entombment in Venice Memorial Gardens following the Mass.
