Julia P. Melnychyn, 87, of North Port, FL, formerly of Frankfort, Kentucky, died on January 21, 2011. Julia was a clerk for the state of Kentucky for 15 years. She was also a member of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in North Port. Survivors include her daughters, Andrea (Eric) Brescia, of Phillipsburg, NJ and Chris (Bev) Martin of Lexington, KY; granddaughters Natalie and Angie; and great grandson Milo.
