Chico Cemetery: Timeless Memorials for Lasting Legacies

Chico Cemetery, an integral part of our community since 1852, invites you to explore 43.93 acres of historic monuments and features, offering diverse options for creating a meaningful and permanent memorial for your loved one. From traditional burial and cremation to mausoleum and cremation niches, we are committed to helping you discover the most fitting and personal way to honor and remember. As a non-profit endowment care property, we ensure that the grounds remain meticulously maintained over time, preserving the sanctity of your chosen memorial.

Discover tranquility in the Garden of Reflection, a newly established cremation garden with a gorgeous water fountain and relaxing music. Here you’ll find many options for a resting place, including cremation niches, scattering, memorial garden pedestals, cremation benches, and premier garden pedestals. However you wish to remember your loved one, we offer the most authentic and meaningful forms of permanent memorialization.

Lovely grounds for a loved one to rest in peace. 🥀 I first visited this cemetery when I first moved to Chico in 1975. It has grown quite a bit, despite what purpose it serves. Many thanks and kudos to the Newton Bracewell people for the lovely endowment care 🪦🪦🪦
