So thankful that Blue Mountain works with the county to utilize funds given for uninsured people. The plan I thought I purchased never went through due to a technical error but I was never notified by the funeral service years ago so very glad Blue Mountain works with the county.

I recently lost someone very dear to me and was at a loss who to contact to help with all the arrangements and what to do. I contacted Blue Mountain and spoke to Crystal who was an absolute godsend. She was so caring, patient, and genuine. She walked me through every step of the process, explaining everything, what steps to take, forms to fill out, documents I may need. She even sent a handbook with a check list for all my loved ones affairs that may need to be handled afterward as well. I felt so blessed the Universe brought them to me with such compassion. I will always be grateful for their help and for Crystal who did everything with me via phone and email while I juggled everything else. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs services, with compassion and great care, after losing a loved one. Thank you so much.
