  • Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
  • All the necessary permits and authorizations, plus one certified copy of the death certificate.
  • Free self-service online obituary.
  • Many other optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, on-site catering, scattering assistance, and more - at additional charge.

  • Price is for burial with no visitation or formal services and ceremonies. Does not include casket, outer burial container, or cemetery costs.

  • Care of your loved one until burial is complete. Family not present with timing at the discretion of the funeral home.

We were very impressed with Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care. My dad passed and we did not have anything arranged in advance for his cremation. We just didn't get to it beforehand. Ammen's fee was reasonable, and they did not gouge you in a time of despair. They were transparent with the fees and were responsive to several requests for change. I feel well cared for as well. They sent guidance regarding what happens after a death and how to handle affairs, as well as offerings for help handling grief. Very impressed.

Ammen Funeral Home in Palm Bay and Melbourne handled the final arrangements after my husband's unexpected passing a few weeks ago. They worked seamlessly with our church, and their Melbourne chapel was a beautiful place to have my husband's visitation (vigil service). Their staff was so accommodating, professional and very sensitive to all of our concerns and needs. They made the most devastating event in our lives easier to deal with, and have follwed up with us, offering resources to help our family navigate our "new normal". I cannot speak more highly of them. Thank you to all at Ammen Funeral Home for all that you did for our family.
