We were very pleased with the professionalism and support we received at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven, both during the preparation and during the Celebration of Life for our son. Nicole Davis was our Funeral Director, and she did an excellent job in guiding us through the hardest time of my life. She gave us excellent advice and direction and was very supportive through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Oak Ridge Funeral Care and Nicole Davis.

My experience with Oak Ridge was very unique as I am dealing with an incarcerated individual that needed assistance with her father's cremation. The people at Oak Ridge went over and above dealing with the County morgue and getting paperwork done via the jail with the inmate. There was no pressure or fuss. I could not have asked for better service. They understood that I needed bear minimum at this time as the individual that is incarcerated will tend to her dad later. Even though the transaction was a pain and full of issues they kept in contact with me when I know others would have bail. Highly recommended
