We worked with Michael for my grandfathers funeral and he was such a pleasure. We opted to make our own slideshow and ran into technical difficulties and he was so patient and helpful figuring it out. Dealing with Steele's Family Services during such difficult times has been a huge bright spot during our time of grief. My parents both passed away within 8 months of each other and working with Michael Steele was like working along side a good friend! He was very, accommodating to our request and went above and beyond on behalf of our family. He was right by our side, from the initial meeting to the grave side service, and we cannot thank Michael and Steele's Services for such a professional and personal experience. We are so thankful our parents made funeral arrangements with Steele's several years ago.
