They are special as they have a gift for handling these sensitive matters with professionalism and a sincere warmth that doesn't go unnoticed. They guided me through each step and made me feel comfortable when I called them and even assisted me with a matter that I was unable to explain clearly what I needed with the hospice in El Paso where my Dad had passed.
