Everything was prearranged and taken care. No mishaps at all. Really nice to go through a difficult time without having any surprises. Kudos to the staff at Simplicity in Ladson.

When my boyfriend passed away a few people including the nurse from Hospice recommended Simplicity. They came right out and were so very kind . Chrissy helped me plan everything and without her I wouldn't have known what to do. The facility was very beautiful and they did a wonderful job with the music and slideshow. They even let us cater food for a small gathering. My boyfriend wasn't a very religious person, and the service that we had was so very perfect and helped me have closure. Thank you guys so very much Rose & Chrissy for all that you do. I would recommend this place over any other in our area .

I cannot speak highly enough of Simplicity. I live in England, and my brother, who lived in Bluffton SC, died suddenly in March 2025. I had no idea what to do to with regard to his collection from the Coroner's care, nor how to organise his cremation. Jill at Simplicity gently led me by the hand through the whole process. Her kindness and efficiency made a very difficult time much better, and her attention to detail was second to none. She ensured that my brother's ashes and his personal effects were taken by a friend for safe keeping, and assured me that she would be there if I needed further support.
