Scott Grossman was sympathetic and caring from our first phone call to Vegas Valley requesting his assistance for our son until our son‘s ashes were delivered to our care. He promptly answered our phone calls and emails, arranged a viewing so we could say goodbye, explained services available to us and clearly understood how traumatic and shocking our son’s sudden passing has been for us. Our family thanks you for your professional and compassionate guidance during this most difficult time.
