The process was painless. We called several places and Affordable Cremation actually answered the phone and spoke to me directly. No one else even bothered to return my call. These are not fun calls to make and to have someone pick up the phone and answer my questions immediately really meant a lot and made the entire process easier. I had questions and asked if there were any surprise costs, etc. Celeste sent me an email (within 10 minutes) detailing everything and the costs associated with each. You feel so vulnerable in this situation. You wonder if you are doing the right thing for your loved one. After speaking with Celeste I was sure Affordable Cremation was the right choice. In fact I was so happy with their services and the way they took care of my brother I'm going to preplan and specify they will be used when I pass.

The Daneri staff was kind and supportive during our difficult time of the passing of our mom. They also included links to grief services and other support systems, as well as honored my mother’s funeral arrangements made several years ago. I can’t say enough about Oak Park Hills and the care they took of my father. The owner Mark is outstanding and Dan’s the one that drove the hearse to the cemetery and took care of everything at that end. They are very kind and respectful. My father couldn’t receive a better sendoff. He had full military honors at Golden Gate national.
