The process was painless. We called several places and Affordable Cremation actually answered the phone and spoke to me directly. No one else even bothered to return my call. These are not fun calls to make and to have someone pick up the phone and answer my questions immediately really meant a lot and made the entire process easier. I had questions and asked if there were any surprise costs, etc. Celeste sent me an email (within 10 minutes) detailing everything and the costs associated with each. You feel so vulnerable in this situation. You wonder if you are doing the right thing for your loved one. After speaking with Celeste I was sure Affordable Cremation was the right choice. In fact I was so happy with their services and the way they took care of my brother I'm going to preplan and specify they will be used when I pass.

Jusy was amazing! Losing my mother was not easy, she was my best friend, and my world. But when i met Judy, she really did make things in my life so much easier. Such a good spirited woman and I will forever be grateful for all she has done to help me an support me throughout this touch time. I loved my necklace. My moms fingerprint and the heart will always be with me where ever I go. I touch it often and my heart feels with warmth. It's like I can still feel my mom is close to me. For that, I truly thank u Judy from the bottom of my heart.

Suzette was incredibly compassionate in managing the arrangements for my father. This is an incredibly emotional process (obviously) for one to manage for their loved ones, but Suzette's clear instruction was reassuring and helped to ease my overwhelm of the "next steps." In addition, her incredible empathy through the process was so healing and I appreciated her so much. Highly recommend to others in similar situations.
