My dad died in 2021 from Covid. He was in Nevada, and I am in Oregon, so I was very concerned it would be a nightmare to handle (travel bans in place, plus I have an immune condition myself) . They were quick and efficient, and made everything simple, which was extremely appreciated, as I was exhausted, had never been through a death like this, and was the only person to handle the arrangements. They offered aquamation; my father was in the Navy and loved the water, so this was a nice tribute (they made sure to mention his service record in the death certificate as well). This review is late, but I wanted to add it. Thank you for being compassionate and not over-complicating an already difficult situation.

Having previously worked in the funeral industry, I was pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. When a family member passes it can be a challenging time to care for the disposition of the person. While I sincerely hope that you never need to use these services, the staff at Vegas Valley Cremation made it as stress free as possible during a difficult and emotional time.

Used Kraft-Sussman 2 years ago for my wife's passing and used it again for my son's death. Very proper and am glad I used them again. Only complaint was the aquamation for the cremation was not available.
