Very professional. Both home and facility. Explained everything very throughly. Gave us privacy when kids wanted to see Rob one last time. Even laughed at family jokes at that time. Very impressed with Emma ( I think).

But Emma was so loving and caring to make it the best. The viewing and video created with the music and portraits were amazing. We had many great compliments from friends and family.
