I have the highest respect and gratitude for your staff, Carmella and Lacy. Everything went super smooth. These ladies made the process easy. They are special as they have a gift for handling these sensitive matters with professionalism and a sincere warmth that doesn't go unnoticed. They guided me through each step and made me feel comfortable when I called them and even assisted me with a matter that I was unable to explain clearly what I needed with the hospice in El Paso where my Dad had passed. Your staff went out of their way to communicate to them what I needed. All taken care of. They are truly an asset to your mortuary as they exceeded any expectations I may have had. I stand tall referring my friends and family to Riverside Mortuary fully confident they will be taken care of.

My dad died recently and didn't have an preference on what he wanted done. We went with Riverside for a cremation and they were so professional and understanding. Prices are fair. I would recommend this place to anyone for their funeral needs.
