My dad died in 2021 from Covid. He was in Nevada, and I am in Oregon, so I was very concerned it would be a nightmare to handle (travel bans in place, plus I have an immune condition myself) . They were quick and efficient, and made everything simple, which was extremely appreciated, as I was exhausted, had never been through a death like this, and was the only person to handle the arrangements. They offered aquamation; my father was in the Navy and loved the water, so this was a nice tribute (they made sure to mention his service record in the death certificate as well). This review is late, but I wanted to add it. Thank you for being compassionate and not over-complicating an already difficult situation.

My husband passed over a holiday weekend and they arrived without delay. The entire process was easy and they were very empathetic to the situation. Dealing with death and final arrangements really takes someone who truly cares and you get that either Vegas Valley Cremation. Appreciate all they’ve done for my family during a difficult time.

Used Kraft-Sussman 2 years ago for my wife's passing and used it again for my son's death. Very proper and am glad I used them again. Only complaint was the aquamation for the cremation was not available.
