Marcus & the whole staff at Edwards Memorial Funeral Home in Lakewood went above and beyond. From the day I called to have my mother picked up from the hospital to the meeting to make her arrangements, to her dressing day, to the day she came to the church for the family sharing portion of our family day in celebration of her life, to the day of her burial - they were caring and attentive to our needs and wants. Respected our wishes and made the whole process bare able and stress free. I will recommend them to whoever is looking for a place to care for their loved one and be there to answer your questions and help guide you along the whole process. Marcus is an amazing Funeral Director and the staff there are such amazing people & Lilu (service dog) was the cherry on top- she gave comfort when it was needed the most specially as we waited to do my mother’s dressing and viewing. Comforted my heart knowing we had people caring for my mom and us at the same time. Amazing atmosphere & wouldn’t choose anyone else.

Edwards worked to make the passing of my husband as easiest as possible. I've been pretty much useless in this process and fortunately they worked well with my family to take care of necessary arrangements.
