Billy Wedgwood was excellent. He was one of the staff members present to take our Dad to the funeral home. His empathy and respect towards our Dad and the family was so appreciated during this difficult time. He made sure we had all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Billy went out his way to assist the family with all the paperwork (including FaceTime phone calls). When family had multiple changes and concerns with the obituary wording Billy heard and responded to each requested change. He even assisted our Aunt with a separate obituary, allowing her ease in making copies. Billy is easy to talk to and offers superb customer service. All other staff that we encountered were helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend using Clark Legacy for your love one’s funeral and cremation needs.
